Refund & cancellation policy

Last updated: 10 October 2026

Each site is a one-time digital purchase of ₹499. You can preview everything for free before paying.

When you get a refund

If you were charged but your site didn't publish, or you were charged twice, write to [your support email] within 7 days. We'll fix it or refund you in full. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

When you don't

Once a site is published and working, the purchase can't be cancelled or refunded, because you can preview it fully before paying.

Delivery

Your site goes live as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute. Nothing is shipped.
